A hotel spa was found to have hidden rooms that can only be accessed via a secret passage. Authorities from the federal anti-vice and gaming division raided the hotel on Tuesday night and found some nude women with men in these rooms.
Cash, work records and 16 condoms were seized.
23 foreign women and 3 local women were arrested on suspicion of prostitution. Between them were 17 Indonesians, 4 Chinese and 2 Vietnam nationals. Some of them did not have valid travel documents or work permits. 15 customers were also arrested but released after their statements were taken.
It is believed that the spa has been raided several times since last year and were charging between RM140 and RM180 for vice activities.
The women, aged between 18 and 40 years, and 10 other works are currently in police custody under the Immigration Act and Section 373 of the Penal Code for the suppression of brothels.

42-year-old unemployed Jamil Samad has pleaded not guilty in court on Monday when he was charged with molesting a 8-year-old girl and forcing her to perform oral sex on him.
He is alleged to have rubbed his private parts against her buttocks and used criminal force on the girl while putting his private parts into the girl’s mouth. It is said that he had committed both offences at the staircase of PPR Cochrane Perkasa along Jalan Nakhoda Yusuf, Cheras on 12 May 2009 at 4:30pm.
Under Section 354 and 377C of the Penal Code, Jamil faces 10 years’ jail and 20 years’ jail and whipping for the respective offences.
Sessions Court judge Mohamad Sekeri Mamat granted Jamil a bail of RM15,000 in one surety and warned him against harassing the victim or her mother. The case has been set for 5 April 2010 for mention.

A 34-year-old former telecommunications executive has been remanded by the police on suspicion on making RM11 million selling pornographic video via SMS. The suspect was arrested at his house in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya, by police from the Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department on Tuesday at 10pm.
It is believed that after he was suspended by his company, he had used company resources to charge RM3 for each pornographic video that lasts about three minutes.
A police officer said that the suspect made RM4,000 monthly and was able to buy Porsche and BMW cars.
The suspect is under a three-day remand at the Jalan Duta Court Complex since yesterday and his case is being investigated under Section 233 of the Communication and Multimedia Act 1998 for the improper use of network facilities or network service.
