Asmawi Missing: Police Conducts Night Searches

Police said that they have commenced searching for missing 11-year-old Muhammad Asmawi Jalaludin in the night.
Beginning 8pm nightly, police have been combing through bus stops, taxi stands and under bridges in the Pantai Dalam housing area, Dataran Merdeka, Pasar Seni and KL Sentral till midnight.
The search for the boy who has been missing since 9 March 2008 shall continue until 8 April 2008. Police have also re-classified the case as a missing person instead of kidnap.
It is learnt that 4,000 posters of Asmawi would be distributed in the city.
