Armed Robbers Snatched RM120,000

A moneychanger employee lost RM120,000 to two armed robbers when he was withdrawing the money from a bank at 9:30am yesterday. The incident took place along Jalan Wong Ah Fook where he was returning to Jalan Segget.
When the two male robbers approached the 38-year-old employee and snatched the money, the employee fought back. The robbers slashed him with a parang and he sustained minor injuries on his right hand.
The victim was treated at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital. Police said this is the third incident along Jalan Segget recently.
