According to a medical report from the Kuala Lumpur Hospital, it was found that the Chinese national woman, who was allegedly molested, raped and robbed by two policemen, did not suffer any injuries and had no indication of sexual intercourse. There were neither cuts nor tears on the woman’s genitals.

City police chief Datuk Muhammad Sabtu Osman said investigations are ongoing and warned officers that stern action will be taken against the suspected policemen if the allegations were proven to be true. If they are to be charged in court, they would be suspended from duty and dismissed from the force if found guilty.

After the woman had lodged a police report on the matter, police seized belongings from the two policemen, including an amount of cash to determine if it belonged to the woman. Her purse and mobile phone, which she claimed were taken by the policemen, were not found on them. A forensics team was sent to the car park where she was allegedly driven to and raped.

The policemen, a lance corporal and a constable from the Dang Wangi district police headquarters, have been detained for five days since Tuesday.
