Two Arrested with Samurai Sword in Car Chase

Two policemen in a patrol car spotted a group of five in a car acting suspiciously near the Selayang wholesale market at 2:30pm yesterday. When they approached the car and ordered the driver to stop, the driver took off towards Rawang.
A high-speed car chase lasted for 30 minutes but stopped near Templer’s Park when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crash into an oncoming vehicle. Police arrested two suspects, aged 20 and 40, while the rest escaped on foot.
They found a samurai sword and a meat cleaver in the car. It is believed that the suspects are Myanmar nationals. Police are now searching for the other three suspects.
