Nine Men Arrested for Illegal Online Gambling Operations

Police has arrested two Singaporeans and seven local men, aged between 29 and 51, during a raid on a house in Taman Perling on Sunday. They were found to be operating an illegal horse race gambling syndicate. Betting slips, 8 laptops and 22 mobiles phones were seized.
Initial police investigations show that the group processed bets 3 times a week, each time netting RM200,000.
