Police have taken DNA samples from the two suspects arrested over the weekend in connection with the abduction and murder of 8-year-old Nurin Jazlin Jazimin last year.
The two suspects who were both security guards have been detained since Sunday by the police. The four girls who were allegedly victims of the “Kampung Baru molester” failed to recognize the abandoned building along Jalan Tun Razak where the 32-year-old suspect was caught. The girls were also unable to identify either suspects as the culprit.
Police said that the samples have been sent to the lab for analysis and added that the suspects may be released if no evidence is found against them.
