Raped and Murdered Woman Found Hanged from Tree

A female body was found hanging from a durian tree in Sungei Choh, covered only in her underwear. Passers-by discovered the body at 7:50am behind a petrol station with a rope tied around her neck and her legs tied together.
Wearing only a white bra and maroon panties, the woman had no identification documents on her. Police believe that she could have been raped and murdered elsewhere before her body was hanged there. There were strangulation marks on her neck and bruises over her body.
The body has been sent to Kuala Kubu Baru Hospital for a post-mortem.
Police urged anyone with information on the case to contact the Hulu Selangor police station at 03-60642222.
