Football Betting Syndicate Uncovered

A couple was arrested during a raid on a bungalow in Kahang, Kluang, on Thursday, suspected to be involved in an illegal football betting syndicate. Computers, modems and printers were seized at the premises.
The syndicate is believed to have been making RM15 million a month from matches in the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League and World Cup.
Police are still looking for other suspects related to the case.
