Teenage Girl Taken Away from Clinic and Gang-Raped

A teenage girl went to a 24-hour clinic in Ipoh Garden on Saturday with a friend at 2am when she felt sick. Two men with a parang entered the clinic, robbed the clinic of RM1,900 and two mobile phones before taking the girl away in a grey BMW 3 series car.
The victim was gang-raped by the robbers and abandoned in Tanjung Malim at 6:30am, some 140km away. She sought the help of a passer-by to lodge a police report and went to the Tanjung Malim Hospital for a medical examination.
Two men in their late 20s are wanted by the police to assist investigations. Anyone with information about the men should contact the Ipoh district police at 05-2451500 or the nearest police station.
