To see your lover is nothing criminal right? Yes was in shoc I wrote some stupid letters to him where I said I kill myslef I want help. Yes I try to blackmail him. Maybe its my fault but noe I really understand he dosent lovers me anymore and I need to stop that I saked money from him to go back how he promised to me.

He lied to me to help and ruin my life. I came to KL to see him to face to face and ask why acting like that. Maybe rich person and he got family doin this. But whne I come I did some thing stupid I write letter where I said I will kill myself and thing like that. But now he got letter of mine and trying to scare me or kill me. He hide some Indians guys and always follow me they staying outside of my hotel.

At Hotel Malaya Jalan Hang Leiku and coming to my room knocking the door. What going on between Mr. Razak Baginda and me its I hope our problem right in life many times happend this kind of situation. But he trying nowto scare me to put to jail. He got connection in government. He got connection in police and scaring me for 2 and half years I been his lover he promised so thats the why I came here.

But now he got fake papers with my signature and dere not my passport number he trying to put me to jail. Of course his rich men he can do taht. But now life is in danger Im really scared to even go out. Because he have my letters and all proff if I die or cacth by police or go jail they can show that papers only reason I m here because he ruined my life with lies. But now he even trying to sent me awya with his friends and trying to scare me and kill me. Maybe I did wrong and balckmailed him but he trying to kill me.

I want to go back saftely. Because of this mans I delay my ticket and now I m in trouble. I connected to embassy of Mongolia in Hong Kong its closes embassy to K.L told all story. I got friend here he help me but he said need to be careful because his rich man. Can everything do to me. Now he could easly kill me or put to jail ans says I did write letters I blackmaild him. So all proofness on my case can ask from embassy in Hong Kong or hotel where I stay.

Its Hotel Malay one of the Indian man is Suraja, another one is Bala, they saying they proctect the boss but if they protect the boss if the do job why they follow me and knocking my door at 5am at morning and acting like friend. Why they asking me to pay money and asking to marry that Indian guy. They follow me from my hotel outside to any place I go. If they protect the boss why they saying to myp.ir that they can kill me? That Indain guy told me Mr. Razak is rich man he knows many people here so can easyly put e to jail.

They say Malaysia is diferent from Monolia and said they know people in police so can easy put me to jail. If in Malaysia law goes like that I cant complane. But true is I didnt nothing to him I m just normal girl trying to meet my lover who lied to me and promised manty things but now wnat to put me ti jail or kill. Maybe its my fault to blackmail him but I got my own problem because of his lies and come to just see him.

If its criminal to see my lover if its criminal what I did ill understand. But please check everything by law. If I made mistakeI ll never do again. But if something happend to me please check that person.

Prosecution witness Lance Corporal Rohaniza Roslan has come under fire for five contradictions between her testimony in court and her police statement in November last year. She said that she was isolated in a hotel room overnight after her 14-day remand last year, and before she gave her statement under a lot of pressure.

Roslan had told the court on Monday that she was threatened over the phone by an unidentified man on 11 June 2007. The man said she would be shot if she testified in court. Roslan lodged a police report on that day.

The prosecution has impeached Roslan on the contradictions and lodged a police report for perjury against her. Lead prosecutor Tun Abd Majid Tun Hamzah told Judge Mohd Zaki Md Yasin that they had found at least nine discrepancies during the lunch break yesterday.

Under Section 193 of the Penal Code, the Lance Corporal can be jailed up to seven years and fined if found guilty of perjury.

Also in the High Court, Roslan stated that Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri acted strangely when he visited his family in Sungai Pelek, Sepang, during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations last year. The former flame of the Chief Inspector described him as not being his usual self during the stay, which was a few days after Altantuya Shaariibuu went missing.

Upon returning to Putrajaya, Roslan had asked Azilah about his behaviour and he said he “was worried because of the ‘Chinese’ woman from the other day”, and that he “did not know how she could just disappear all of a sudden”.

Worried about Azilah and wanting to know what happened to the Mongolian woman, Roslan then made enquiries at the Jalan Travers and Brickfields police stations to determine if there were recent cases of kidnap or rape. She said she suspected that Altantuya was a foreigner because she did not speak Bahasa Malaysia with Azilah at all. She said she only knew about Altantuya’s disappearance from Deputy Supt Gan Tack Guan, one of the investigating officers, during her two-week remand.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Noorin Badaruddin then told the court that the prosecution intended to impeach Roslan’s credibility as a witness as her testimony had contradicted her police statement. In her testimony, Roslan said that Azilah told her that they were bring Altantuya to her hotel while they were at Bukit Aman on 19 October 2006. When they arrived at the officer’s mess, Azilah answered Altantuya saying that that was the “police station”, to which Altantuya retorted that that was not a police station but “a house”.

When they stopped at a junction in Bukit Aman, Azilah got down from their red Proton Wira to speak to the man with a green cap, as described by Roslan, who was in the dark-green Suzuki Vitara in front. Altantuya was made to enter the Suzuki and it drove off. Roslan drove the Proton Wira off to meet her friends for karaoke in Petaling Jaya, while Azilah walked towards the Special Action Force office. Rosland received a call at 11pm from Azilah asking her to fetch him at the Jalan Duta toll or Rawang toll, but she was unfamiliar with the locations. Roslan managed to drive in the rain to meet Azilah at Bukit Aman one hour later. Azilah had changed his clothes and then asked Roslan to help carry a few bags, including a backpack, into the car as they drove to Putrajaya.

Roslan said there were 44 calls and text messages between her and Azilah on 19 and 20 October 2006.

5-year-old girl Suci Rahmadhani Usman is missing and believed to have been abducted by a man riding a black motorcycle along Jalan Raja Bot in Kampung Baru yesterday. He was wearing a black jacket and black helmet. Suci was playing with her 6-year-old cousin at her father’s grocery shop there.

Her father, Usman Abdul Karim, aged 45, went off to do some errands and found Suci missing when he returned to the shop at 3:30pm.

Similar to a case a week earlier with a 6-year-old girl, the man asked the girl to help look for a missing cat.

Usman made a police report at the Dang Wangi station later.
