Six foreign women were nabbed as they were escaping from police via a access tunnel between the third and ground floor of an exclusive club in Sunway Mentari, Bandar Sunway.
Police had to use a hacksaw to enter the building as it was locked during the raid on Tuesday at 11pm. The lift was also shut down when police arrived there.
The women are believed to be working as prostitutes and did not have valid travel documents.
A samurai sword and six parangs were seized at the premises.

Deputy public prosecutor Zalina Awang told the court yesterday that the bone fragments of 3-year-old Shearwey Ooi Ying Ying will only be released to her family once they have been tendered in court. Counsel Jagdeep Singh Deo, who held a watching brief for Shearwey’s father Ooi Eng Chew and his family, had earlier applied for the return of the bone fragments so that the family can conduct her funeral rites.
Jagdeep has also requested for an earlier hearing date.
Lawyer S. Rethinakumar told the court that he had just been appointed to be counsel for accused 29-year-old Ong Chee Leong. The former karaoke outlet manager was charged with the murder of Shearwey on 5 July 2007.
The judge had set 26 and 27 March 2008 for hearing.

On Thursday at 8:30am, Customs officers raided an area along Jalan Sg Tua, Batu Caves, Selangor, and seized three lorries containing RM2.8 million worth of smuggled firecrackers.
102 cartons of contraband, believed to have been brought in from China via the Butterworth port, were seized. A 30-year-old lorry driver was also detained.
The smuggling syndicate had tried to fool the authorities by placing several boxes of frozen chickens and crates of saucers and cups at the front of the containers.
The case is being investigated under Section 135 (1) of the Customs Act 1967 for importing banned goods.
